Private Houses / Extensions
We enjoy working with clients to see how we can make the most of their space. Extensions vary in size considerably, but with each project we aim to create something unique and special. Sometimes a simple reordering of space can avoid the need for the extra space.
We dream daily about “grand designs.” With good experience of building replacement dwellings and new houses, we can help develop a vision for your new home.
SCRACE ARCHITECTS are based in Salisbury at the heart of rural Wiltshire. Our office location ensures that we are regularly approached by agents and land owners to help manage and diversify rural buildings, barns, farms and explore development potential. Although we are not conservation specialists listed buildings are part and parcel of this type of work and we have experience of working with them.
